Exploiting existing traces, design plays with little dimensions and different heights of rooms, mingling inner levels as well as the lines of the front, and searching for ambiguity of scale. At the ground floor, bedrooms „below deck“ open up to the garden. A large stair (compared to the size of the house) connects to the terrace at intermediate level and to the upper floor where living room opens up to the flat landscape.
